Have a nice day !

I love your site! 🙂

Experiencing a slow PC recently? Fix it now!

Hi there: Great site. I just started reading about Vipassana meditation last night. I recieved a half dozen free books about Buddhism from Taiwan yesterday….really interesting. Catch ya later.

Hi Jerry, You are really rolling on this! The effort is worth it, for sure. Thank you for your kind words about this blog. I miss blogging!

Hey Jean: Just FYI..the website for books and stuff is http://www.budaedu.org. Right now I am reading,”Mindfulness In Plain English.” It’s a 185 pager specifically about Vipassana meditation. I really prefer Samha but…can’t really come up with a way to mix the two. I want to ping you one day with some questions but will wait for your OK..I’m retired and got all the time in the world but…you…Oops. Sorry. :>)

I think I read “Mindfulness in Plain English” some time back. It was highly recommended by one of my meditation instructors. Anytime is okay to chat. I am not at all an expert on meditation. I do what I have to do to survive better! It has helped me a lot. It is very nice when you have more time to focus on it.

GRRREAT site…How the heck did I ever miss this..??? Art? Painting? Music?? Us too 🙂
